Bran suction system

The bran suction system was developed to meet the needs related to dust anf bran extracting although it can be used in several other business sectors. The two options available (with or withour sleeve filters) provide high efficiency higher suction capacity and smaller number of particles released in the atmosphere. The correct version to be used depends exclusively on the type and granulometry of the material being extracted. For example; • Rice bran-recommended without cleave filters. • Paddy dust- the use of sleeve filters is obrigatory. Building characteristics • Involving inlet cyclone, • Rigid construction in steel sheet • Conected parts by screws and rings • Steel stand for better stability • Expansion cone for better efficiency • Rotary valve (air look) with rubber blades • Radial centrifugal aspirator equipped with a high performance sealed motor Version with sleeve filters • 20 sleeve fitters comprising a total of 20 m2 of filtering area • Two filtering effects: The heaviest fraction is separeted by the cyclone effect itself while the filters retain the lighterst fraction • Sleevers cage equipped with venturi tube • Sleeve filters are fixed without the use of braces • Automatic cleaning of sleeves by pulsating blast by means of 4 operated-soleneid valves controlled by an electronic controller mounted in the panel • Filtering material per customer needs.
